Welcome to the world of Sakura! More than love, more than Romance!

This is the newest series by the amazing shojo-mangaka: Arina Tanemura. Sakura Hime Kaden began its run in the January issue of the Japanese magazine: Ribon. The stories is set in the Heian period of Japan and follows the life of Sakura – a princess who lives by herself in the mountains with only a few maids to keep her company.

Our story begins when a messenger from the prince of the country come to bring Sakura to his castle. The prince and Sakura have been engaged ever since Sakura’s birth, however Sakura isn’t too pleased about this. However, as events progress Sakura finds out how much magical power she has and how much drama might just come from this messenger!

About the Author
Arina Tanemura is 30 years old and was born in Aichi, Japan. She started her mangaka career with Short-Tempered Melancholic and continued to create hit after hit and her most recently aside from SHK was Mistress Fortune. A very popular artist in Japan, Tanemura always pleases with her shojo style drawings and plots.
