Ok, I'm an idiot. Chapter 1 of my Shredder/April fic is complete-and now I have no idea where to post it. I can't post it directly in the community, so do I post it on my journal? I need help!

sharona1981 @ 01:09 pm: Hey everyone, I'm new to LJ, and am working on a Shredder fic at the moment-a Shredder/April pairing, no less.  However, it's based on the original 1990 movie, and while I know that there were no obvious romantic moments between Saki and our favourite reporter in the film, to say the least, the story came to me in a dream (how to sound like a total crackpot in one easy step,lol!)and I decided to elaborate on it. Needless to say, it's a smut fic,lol.

I've just started writing it, and the basic premise is that April gets knocked out by the Foot-just like in the start of the movie-only Raphael doesn't come to her rescue, and she's taken to Foot HQ, where a much more menacing and intimidating Saki tham the preferable animated version 'roughs her up'-and all that that implies. It does get quite violent and there's a lot of angst, but also a lot of passion. While I always preferred the animated Shredder (so cute!), I have to say that the movie version was kind of hot too (check out my user pic for evidence,lol!), and that truly evil Shredder really did it for me as well!

Anyway, I just want to know what everyone thinks of the summary. Do I continue, or is it the worst idea for a fic EVER?? Your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you know that "Saki" was a Japanese female name? "Sa" mean "blossom" and "Ki" mean "hope".

No wonder why Oruku Saki turned so bad. It's almost the same thing as Anakin Skywalker being called "Annie".

Seriously, I'm wondering how the authors came with the name "Saki". Was it because it sounded like "saké"?

I've been watching this com for a while, and I'm sad to see it so inactive. I admit I'm not that big a Saki/Shredder fan, and I barely remember the oldtoon, but he IS an imporant person and element to the show.
