![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small} saiyuki_awards is a community for Saiyuki fans to make and vote on their favorite icons.Each week there will be a theme for which icon creators may design and submit up to two icon(s). Members will be able to vote for their favorites, and icons will be posted in 1st through 3rd or 4th place, and moderator's choice/special category, depending on the number of entries and the mood of the moderator. 1.) Members may submit up to two icon(s) per theme. Icons must be related to Saiyuki and must be compatible with LJ requirements (maximum 100x100px, no more than 40kb). 2.) If you're using fanart, make sure you have permission of the artist and credit the artist. Using doujinshi art is fine, no credit needed. 3.) Only vote for your icon if you feel it's the best there, and for Heaven's sakes, please don't advertise your icon and rally your pals to vote for you. 4.) Be respectful in the fact that you will not steal other's icons, criticize or anything else. Icons posted here may only be used with proper permission from and credit to the icon creator. 5.) Submitting an icon means that you agree to these terms and conditions, and that the icon you are submitting was made purely for the means of this community, as well as the fact that you made it. You have a week to send in your icon. If there are not enough icons to start voting, the theme will be extended for another week. Each submission will be screened. If the theme incorporated in your icon could be questionable (namely if the words are hard to find or read, if the words are written in a foreign language, etc), make sure you specify in the submitter's comments. Moderators will be uploading each submission to her own space to make sure privacy is secured. Voting will begin after submissions have closed and will last for two or three days. Votes will be screened. Winners will be posted at the earliest convenience of the moderator. Banners will be posted as soon as the weekly banner maker has time to do so. Banners should take no longer than two weeks to go up.
