no. 1 Use an LJ-cut for fics & images. If you're sharing avatars you've made, TWO TEASERS should be enough; the rest will have to be in the LJ-cut, yes. If you want to show a PREVIEW of an image, you can either scale down the image and host it as a teaser, or clip a thumbnail of the image and host that as a teaser (i.e. fanart, photobook scans).
no. 2 Fanworks are excepted (i.e. Fanfiction/Fanart/Graphics) but they must be yours, not copying or posting someone else's stuff.
no. 3 If you're an author and want to submit a fic, please follow the FANFICTION POST FORMAT. That is below the RULES, mind you.
no. 4 Be lovers, not haters. As much as I like constructive criticism, some other people don't. If someone asks for constructive critcism, give it to them. If they don't, then fuckin' dont. See, it's easy! 8D
no. 5 For RP threads, it's a first-come-first-serve (unless you plan it with a buddy, already) But, just keep each post in the original thread post, so it doesn't get flooded. More about RPs further down.
