I have created this community to help people suffering from seasonal affective disorder (SAD) to get support and to be able to talk to other sufferers who understand their particular problems. Seasonal Affective Disorder is a very specific depressive condition, with different symptoms to clinical or other forms of depression, and many people suffer from it without being able to get a diagnosis.
