Submissions can be posted as comments to the theme post, and all submissions must be in by Wednesday of the next week. I will then post the icons so that the users can vote. You may vote for two, and only two, icons per week. Post these as comments as well (They're all screened, dont worry guys!) You have until Saturday at Midnight to vote, results will be posted on Sunday. The winners will get a pretty winner's banner made by me, and their icon will be posted in the userinfo forever. =] There will be 3 winners.
