I'm currently fiddling with a layout (live preview at koekaytto), and what I'd like is for the background to be positioned where the blue lines in it are evened up with the where the dark blue ends on the header. Is this doable?

I was wondering if any of you could help me; I would like to have my mootheme icon appear before the mood text and I looked around for tutorials on it and whatnot but so far only found something for theme layers which I don't have as I am in s2 basic? I think there must be a way to alter this but I seem to be lacking the exact code for it! Any help please?

I'm using this style by

wingweaver22 and I've run into some problems.

In the comments page, when the comment conversations get too long, the usericon starts moving to the right, and sometimes they end up going too far right and going past the area they're supposed to stay in like here. Also, when there are too many comments and you have to expand the threads, the space between links is too big (picture).

ephee and I added the layer to move the mood icon to the left of all the Metadata

But I seem to have this problem with my entry boxes breaking right above the metadata after adding the layer. So I was wondering what can I do to solve the layout from breaking anymore?

I'm not sure if this has been asked before so please point me to the right direction if it has.

I just changed my layout to smooth sailing and I'm having some problems with it, everything looks fine/normal on my own journal but when I view my Friends Page, it seems distorted.
the userinfo/icon, some text, and the tags list stretches out of the entry box, making it look awkward.

*EDIT* I just noticed that it seems to only be like this for the first page of my Friends Page. The other pages are normal...

Hi there!

I'm very new to this. I know some CSS and HTML, but I find LJ confusing. Yesterday I found a custom layout I liked and modified it heavily. I just learned how to use LJ cut, but when I use it, the comments page (or page after the jump) is all modified like my layout too - I just want it to look plain and default like everyone else's. Does that make sense?

Hey I'm new here and I have a problem and a question

-I'm using this layout -here- made by

thrashmetal , I just started using it today and i kinda changed lots of things in it

- Problem : for some reason the " blockquote" isn't what its supposed to be , changed its code and whenever i go to the customize page i see it the way i wrote it but when i go to look at my posts- Here- it doesn't change :(

- Question : How do i add the tiny icon ( for user info ) beside the username in the top navigation bar or whatever its name -i don't know its name :(
