Is there a way to remove user pictures on the entries without having to disable my user pictures? Sort of what this beverly did with her page. Having a user picture with EVERY single entry can be quite redundant, but I want to have a default picture on my profile.

Hello lovely people!

I'm working on a layout at the moment (see wip at testmeee123) and I'm having a moment. If you see the blank area down the right side, I wish to add this image there.
How would I do that? I want it to turn out like englishblue's, can anyone help me?

I have a new layout using Flexible squares I made and everytime I go to my friends page my friends usernames end up looking like ( this ) I don't know if there is a css for putting the name under the picture or if I am going to have to remove the friends picture to even inline the name.

Help!?

I'm using this stylesheet for Bloggish (Thanks, gossymer); I have a lot of webcomic feeds on my friends page, which tend to get 200 pixels or so lopped off the right side.

It's driving me nuts. is there a quick way to make the width variable, or just wider?

Quick question: Is it humanly possible to add extra sidebars to a 3 Column layout with a Basic account? Or will I be forced to sell my soul?

I searched every LJ comm I could find on customising layouts, and it seems that there are NO communities and/or tutorials for the 3 column layout. I need/want to condense the layout to about 3/4 of the original size, maybe about 700px wide, and add a header image. However, I can't seem to find a code or any indication of how I would do that with an override. Help?

My journal is a lightly customized version of Lower the Curtain, Punquin Elegant. I'd really like to add either a tag list to the sidebar.

I followed this tutorial--http://community.livejournal.com/s2howto/42795.html--and got as far as creating a theme layer and adding the code to it, which says it's successfully compiled.

when I try to apply that theme layer, though, my journal loses all the previous style customization AND does not show the tag list.

so, er, how do I keep my current style and manage to successfully add the tag list?

I know just about nothing about any of this.

I was just wondering if anyone knew a code that could rezie pictures that people post on your friends list. Kinda like the coding for Myspace in the comments section.

I'm trying to make a community, but I can't find how for comments and LJ-cuts to appear in a basic page (like in this community for example). They just appear in my layout, in the style of my layout.
I know it must be the most common think to do, but I can't find any help on the Internet.
