How do you measure the gravity of losing an important entity in your life? By the tears you cry? By the melancholy look plastered on your face? By the hours you've spent staring at the ceiling listening to sad songs? And if I do not cry, do not look sad, do not spend sleepless nights with music on, does it mean I am not grieving my loss? Does it mean he wasn't important to me? Does it make our time together insignificant? Does it?
But if you cut my chest open and take my heart out, you'll see---absolutely---how I feel. How his loss feels so much like losing a part of me, like something is out of hinge. Every space in this house reminds me of him. It seems surreal; I half-expect that someone will shake my shoulders violently to release me from this horrible dream/nightmare. I miss you: the way you raise your right paw for a handshake, the way your pee stinks, the way you growl when you see Maki, the way you rub your head on people's leg when you pass by them, the way you guard the house by staying in the terrace roof...all of it. All of you. I will always miss you, Fiji. Yongwonhi.

My mother and eldest sister were in New York yesterday to see Daniel Radcliffe in "Equus" but the tickets they bought online was for the performance on FRIDAY. So imagine the moment they went the box office, they're told that bad news, but after some begging, some calls were made, and some checking, they managed to get seats in the theatre anyway! My sis and cousin got to sit in the seats 4 rows from the stage! They believe that it was the work of dad that made their miracle come true.
I felt bad because I thought they wouldn't be able to see the show at all after all that waiting for months. I'm so glad that they were able to see it. That, and the fact that my 2nd older sis and I are gonna pick up them up tonight, so the Boo is all theirs!

(Last night, some drunk asshole spilled beer on me, didn't even notice. Now my cellphone smells like beer and the inside screen doesn't work.)
I have been reading customer reviews on cellphones on amazon for the last few hours. The only think I have decided on, is that all phones are both amazing and the worst ever. They all have many 5-star reviews that explain how great they are, and they all have many 1-star reviews saying how crappy/unreliable they are. How am I supposed to decide on a phone if I can't find one that is good?
My criteria:
- Reliable. I am renewing a 2 year plan, 6 months early, so it needs to last 30 months.
- Light/thin. I'm a girl. I don't want to carry a brick around
- Respectable camera. My friends do funny things. Nuff said.
- User-friendly texting. This means it needs predictive text or a qwrty keypad, and finger sized keys. (My old Sony Ericsson's keys were so small I had to use my fingernails to hit them.)
Sigh...
In other news: I am going in to get my IUD in a couple weeks. I am nervous but I hope it will go smoothly.
I am still trying to study abroad. I have some information now. We'll see how it goes. :P
Edit: Motorola MOTO Z9 Phone? The bad reviews are all whining about video, something I could care less about.

So last night my computer decided it didn't feel like working. The internet wireless thing was being a tard and said tat it was disabled but wouldn't let me enable it. So I log off and log back onto my profile to see what would happen and----WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS ERRORED. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
So I rebooted my computer and it gave me the same error message. Just so you know, that means NOTHING on my computer was working because my desktop wouldn't load and when I tried to use Task Manager to load any programs, Task Manager would error as well. So I just gave up, read Beowulf, and went to sleep. This morning it was doing the same thing and so I was on the phone with my dad for an hour and a half as we tried to figure out what the problem was. Turns out, something happened to a lot of my .dll files and they were corrupted (I later found out that about 25 of them weren't working). But it would keep giving me the same error message no matter how I logged in (safe mode, administrator, etc). Finally, I did a system restore back to September 8th (the one to October 4th didn't work) and my computer loaded and I had never been so happy to see Jezebel and Zakariah in my life (they were my wallpaper back then before I changed it to Spicy Diamond Rayborn).
Anyways, ran this program that was a Registry Cleaner and fixed some 2300+ errors and it should be fine now. But I'm going to go buy some CDs and DVDs today and backup all of my files just in case. I was going to cry if my computer didn't load. In fact, the conversation went something like this:
Dad: The dll files are all ones that work with the core of your computer. It's the core that's messed up.
Me: Well fuck.
Dad: Ohmy.
But right now is shower time, then I will do my phisophy homework, then I will go buy the DVDs and CDs (I have to make an extra copy of gintama for Natalie~♥ and I should ask Cara if she ever downloaded the KISS album from L'arc because it was supposed to be a christmas present but I never had CDs xD;;) And while that burns, I read Richard II! After that... find the topic for my French composition and start working on a rough draft for that because it's due on Tuesday. I'm going to try asking Ashley again if she wants to go see The Fall at the theater on Monday. It looked good and is only $4. I'll have to text her since she didn't see my facebook message xD;;;

I use it too quick, even when I'm busy. I either gotta pay to upgrade or else stay the heck off. If I had to prioritize whats most useful, like what expands my mind and makes my happy, it's anime... so that should go above chatting. I managed to find Rondo, a different group had partnered with Static. Looking forward to 4 like I am to Higurashi's 3.
I was sitting in a chair one day and had my legs crossed and this lady asked me "does that hurt?" I was pretty confused and thought she meant a spinal imbalance or something. I told her that I crossed the other leg on top about as often to keep the spine neutral, and that in terms of flexibility I was comfortable with external hip rotation.
Then she mentioned 'squishing' and a lightbulb went on. I told her that no, that if that were to happen I would simply adjust until it didn't. Were my pants really tight or something? Like I don't get it, because it's not like it was a thigh-on-thigh cross, it was like, when you put your ankle on top of the thigh, the legs are rather abducted, there really is a lot of room to breath. Indeed, when I adduct them in more and do thigh-on-thigh it does indeed squish. That's not bad if you do it slowly though, in fact I think it increases pliability.
The vigorous moments I spend prone on the floor exercising may have something to do with it. When you do back extensions and stuff it does tend to compress that area more, often with pleasing results.

Saw City of Ember last night with Jack, Manda, JP and... me, of course! ^.^ It actually was a lot of fun. There were way too many BioShock jokes to be had, though. Over all, it was a good movie. Interesting storyline. Kinda empty ending but the movie was pretty short so that could have been the reason behind that.

I'm not sure if Denny's last night was epic win or epic fail. It was great fun either way, though ^.^
Halloween costumes have been decided and Halloween location has been decided... all we need now is Halloween! There should be some great pictures to post afterwards, though ^.^
And... that's it. My life has been pretty boring as of late :-/

I've finally caught up with the BBC's Merlin and look what I got? An icon with a hat and its Merlin. I mean, Merlin and his new hat. He does not like Arthur very much right now, oh no he doesn't.
Right now, this adorable thing (the series, not the hat) is easily my favourite live action show. (I have yet to watch more than two episodes of the forth New Who season, dropped Lost in season three and Heroes in season two and have given up on Supernatural (cute, but it doesn't keep my attention for long) towards the end of season one.) But Merlin? This remarkable little show that reminds me yet again why I love the flexibility of myths? Has my full attention. ♥
It helps that Merlin is still adorable, that Arthur is slowly but surely starting to shine (even though the light in the current episode wasn't his...), that Gaius is the epitome of everything I love about mentor characters, that this tale's Uther is still brilliant, that I love the girls and that the dragon who somehow made it into the story slashes Arthur/Merlin. I-I swear I'm not joking! He doesn't shut up about the whole "A half cannot hate that which makes it whole/You're but one side of a coin, Merlin, and Arthur is the other/He is your Destiny, Sorcerer, stop complaining!" thing.
As ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) shiun knows (because I spammed her comments yesterday and tomorrow morning), I happily ship Morgana/Gwen, Merlin/Gwen, Arthur/Morgana... and because I do, even with the slashy subtext overload, not ship Arthur/Merlin as much as the rest of the fandom, I could totally be convinced to ship Arthur/Morgana/Merlin/Gwen. Woah. When was the last time I was so ship-happy in any given fandom? o_0
That's not to say the show can only be enjoyed if you ship our bitty heroes. (Tete? It might interest you that I get Aleksander/Seyonne vibes from the two protagonists here, minus the slavery aspect, down to the bit where Morgana/Lydia baits Arthur/Zander into doing what Merlin/Seyonne need him to do. *g*) But I kind of want a shippy Gwen/Morgana icon now... not that I didn't just add not one but three new Merlin icons to my journals. *coughs*

Found some (read: few) University classes that I can bring myself to go to. For some reason, none of them starts this week. What's up with the English department of our Uni? Still on holiday? Not that I'm complaining. *happily leans back for another week*

Ugh so I've been mousehunting in my own room here for a couple days to no avail.

It hides somewhere at the top of the door sometimes.
Last night, it started getting pretty brave on me, and literally like two minutes after I turned off the lights and gotten into bed, the mouse was playing with my hair, and I would open my eyes and freak out at seeing it right in front of me. So after that, I tried hunting it for another hour, blocking up some of its hiding escape routes. Even then, I only got one opportunity to really almost catch it, and now it's probably a little more cautious about wandering around so easily. It was really frantically dodging me. orz
I even gave it an opportunity to go out through the window, but either it was too dumb to figure it out or it didn't want to leave because it didn't go even though it was only a few inches away.
I'm about ready to just let it go into other places in the house just because I don't want a starved rodent carcus stuck in some unreachable part of the room, It seems to have figured out a way into the bathroom, which connects to another room, so it's probably out there somewhere, but I wish it would just let me catch it. I don't want to kill it, just set it free farrr away from the house. >_>
All this time I really wish I had my cats here, although Lucy would definitely have killed it and Lina would've just gotten scared off eventually. That's why they would make such a good mouse-hunting duo?!
And then... last night I had a REALLY odd dream about cats o.O;;;;

Whoa, Japanese Pokemon games are like... entirely in katakana. The moment I memorize all the kana (I only know about half), and I'll be able to blast through it. I knew it's doable, it's just Pokemon after all, but being able to give my Pokemon goofy kana nicknames is v v important.
Shoot, I want a second DS. I have a Manaphy waiting, and I want to try more Underground features, and being able to trade Pokemon with myself would be awesome. Problem is, the fuckers ain't cheap and I don't really need one. Hahah, if I could get away with paying less than S50 for one I'd be pleased. Or a second-hand one for free! That's cooler.
You know what's cooler though? An original Charizard card. If I'm really going to waste my money on something I don't need, that's what I'd really want to waste it on. *nods* Most people on eBay try to sell it for very little nowadays, though. Well, most people. There's still insane shit like this auction. Pfft, like I'd pay $180 for a bloody Pokemon card. So what if it's first edition. When I was little I wanted a first edition card, but by now I know I just want a nice holofoil Base Set Charizard, no need to be so fancy about it.
*checks package status on the Israel Post website* Sent to the US on October 8th... but I know that already! Do something new, box! Like, arriving at the US, that's new! I hope it does just that by the evening, I'm anxious.

You know, I'm sick and tired of having my very existence mocked and ridiculed.
My idea of a good time is not to be harassed and and ridiculed the whole time I am hanging out some where. And that is exactly what I was tonight.
Why do you people feel it's a giant joke? My life, and who I stand for is just an excuse to ridicule. Do you not realize the type of damage you are doing to not only me, but all of us by saying what you say? My being on this Earth? The person who I am?
Gay jokes are fine as long as I know it's playful among good friends, but when you don't know me, and you figure out I am gay, it is not ok to make fun of me the whole night while pretending to be my friend. I'm sick of it. I really am. I'm trying to get by in this fucking life, like the rest of you.
