Kind of bittersweet for me to pass this on, but I know I haven't been nowhere near a good a mod as I should. I'll still be around though, as a member and lending the new head mod any assistance if she needs it.

I know I haven't been keeping with this community as well as I should, and I'm truly sorry for that. That being, said I feel that perhaps It would be best if I stepped down from the position of head-mod and passed it onto someone else.

I love this community but I'm a college senior who will be taking the MCAT soon, and I fear that I have little time for this community now, and will have even less time once I'm in med school.

Dislikes: Folks who get into the left turning lane and then go straight. When my brother insists on trying to learn the same song at the same time I'm learning it in order to show me up and little callouses on my fingertips from playing. The fact that my truck gets thirteen miles to the friggin' gallon, also that it gives my friends pretty much full license to call me a hick at least once a week. That I get mistaken for a lesbian, often by the dude I'm trying to flirt with, or when I'm with one of my friends and we order something together. Getting heckled when I'm playing softball/baseball because I'm sometimes the only girl who's really into it and trying. Frequently other girls because they are actually good at being girls and I am so not.

Hobbies: I write, read, play guitar, snowboard, collect vinyl (records), work on ~~that lovely shitbox car that will never the driveway at this rate~~ my dad's '69 Grand Prix, bop around Thayer Street and College Hill, keeping up with my pen pals (snail mail style) and I love to catch when my knees are behaving.

Talents? I have a horrendously decent batting average. I'm also a speed reader, which is handy when you can only be bothered to do the reading fifteen minutes before the class. I've got a mind for trivia and history, most of it music based, and thus can probably give you the name of the song, the band, the album and the year it came out without even blinking. I should like to think I tackled snowboarding fairly quickly, moving up three trail grades in one year, but that aside, I'm not an active person by any means, aside from hoofing it Providence because it's hard to find a decent parking spot for an F150. Oh, but I can parallel park that thing like it's no one's business. I can also groom, tack and get on a horse in fifteen minutes or less, as well as last a full round on a bronc (eight seconds, and it was a very painful experience).

I was even more excited because the RT guys had been at AB for the past few years, so why wouldn't they be there, right? Well, they weren't. And so very few people got my costume at all. The ones who did dished out some serious abuse to me, including one girl who backed me into a corner and told me off as "Grif" about what a horrid, lazy person I was. Then I brought the costume in to show a fellow RvB addict and my art teacher was in love with it. Figures.

Also, I've never played a single minute of Halo in my entire life. I get all my knowledge from living vicariously through several of my Halo-obsessed mates.
