First tutorial, stfu if you already know this some people might not. FOR PS ... although i'm told there is a smudge tool in PSP but i'm lazy and don't feel like opening it up and looking so if that true then you can do it in PSP too.
i need some suggestions!! you guys reallllllly need to comment on the post ON THIS POST with your ideas. im running out, and whenever i make icons, i dont get many comments so i'm guessing you dont use them? give me ideas for some things you WILL use, PLEASE!
