I am a 20 year old girl who is from one of the most rural parts of Northern California.In fall of 2008 I will be starting my Sophomore year at UC Davis and my major is Mathematics, but I think Ill minor in music as well. Im a pretty happy person and I am always willing to work with people.
Most of my icons are going to be stock. I might occasionally venture into the realm of fandom...but I probably won't travel there very often.
I take requests, but I cant guarantee how quickly they'll be done. (Particularity if its a theme as opposed to a single icon) Sometimes Im not in the "mood" for them and other times Im just simply to busy to get them done. However, I can guarantee they will be done eventually.
I also do headers from time to time.

My personal journal (
sun_star_n_moon) is friends only. I do not post any graphics there. All graphics I make can be found in this community. But if you wish to read about my every-day life, then you may friend me. Please leave a comment first, or I will not friend you back. Many of my base images either come from Getty Image or Veer. When I am working with artwork I very often use Art.com. If I cant find what I am looking for on those sites, I then just simply use Google image search. =p
I very often steal and modify textures and bases from
applepaper at papersquared. Her icons are wonderful and I highly suggest you wander over there and take a look sometime. I also use a ridiculous number of textures from the wonderful
cdg.Other textures I may use usually come from various people who post in
icon_textures.Everything I make gets posted here. However, I do very often cross-post to
stock_icons,seasonal_icons,book_icons whenever my posts are relevant. I might also cross-post to other places, but those are very rare occurrences. Of course if you want to see everything I post as I post it, you should either watch or join my community. =) papersquaredAs I said above, this is a wonderful icon community.
applepaper’s icons are wonderfully unique and delightful. icon_goddessMany of her icons are a bit too “dark” for my taste, however I do find many many icons I love there. Plus….almost all of her icons are animated.
