Still Challenge-using screencaps/pictures of rose or billie
Icon Challenge-using pre made 100x100 icons of rose or bille

Icons can NOT be animated. This is a STILLness community.
♥ You cannot post your icon anywhere else (including your own journal) until the voting has been closed.
♥ All submissions are to meet LJ standards. 100x100 40K Maximum.
♥ NO Cheating. You cannot vote for yourself. Nor tell others to vote for you.
♥ Under no circumstances are you to take anyones icons without their permission.

All entries must be a max of 100x100 unless stated otherwise

Make sure that you follow the rules.
♥ I will be making a post that will have the picture(s) you are to use. You may only use each picture once. Post your entries to that post ONLY. Comments will be screened and I will be the only one who can see them.
♥ Use a host that allows remote linking. Photobucket is a widely popular one. Angelfire/Geocities will not work.
♥ When you post your entries, you should include the IMG code and the URL

♥♥ I will make a post with all the entries. You will be able to reply with the three that you like the best.
♥ Voting will either be set up with a poll or comments.
♥ You MUST be a member of the community to vote.
However, you do not have to submit an icon if you are a member.

Banner makers are expected to post the banners within 1 week of the winners being posted by me.
make your banners as exciting as you want but you must include the following information

- Which challenge it was (Still/Icon)
-Challenge #
-What award they won (first, third, mods choice)
-the LJ name of the winner
-the winning icon
