| About: | Email: rontobermod@gmail.com ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small} rontoberfest is a celebration of Ron Weasley in fic and art - everyone wins!Two teams will celebrate Ron during the change of the seasons. :: Team Winter will represent the darker, angsty, kinky, bite-through-your-lip submissions. :: Team Summer will represent the comedic, romantic, Ickle Ronnie make-you-cry-with-the-adorable submissions. :: Both teams are encouraged to strategize to include a variety of pairings and genres to meet the varied interests of fandom. Each team member is encouraged to promote their team's contributions, while always maintaining respect for the other team of Ron lovers. :: Sign ups for Rontoberfest will be open from August 1st through August 7th. :: Team Assignments and Prompt lists will be announced August :: Submissions will be due September 26th so that posting may begin on October 1st. :: It is our goal to have at least 30 participants to allow a posting every day in October with an even amount of submissions per team. We will accept up to 60 participants during the sign up period, while maintaining an even number of team members. :: Participants may request a team preference, but team positions are not guaranteed. Once the team rosters are announced, each member must claim from a list of provided prompt words from canon such as a spell, item, creature etc. Each prompt may be claimed twice, once by each team. Rules: :: You must be a member of rontoberfest in order to sign up for the fest.:: All fic and art must have Ron Weasley as the focus. Submissions may include any pairing, genre, and rating. Sexual situations for any character under the age of sixteen will not be permitted. :: All fics must be at least 1000 words and authors must use a beta reader. :: All fic and art must be emailed to rontobermod@gmail.com by September 26th. :: All fic must be HTML coded. (help and faq's to come later) :: All fic and art must be new, created for the fest – no outtakes, prequels or sequels to already published stories. :: Submissions may not be cross-posted or archived until November 1, 2008.
