Hey guys!
I just joined, don't know how allowed this is, or if this comm is still active, but I thought I'd give it a shot.
I'm working on a leg-sleeve tattoo, completely megaman based. I'm going a different route than most folks, and I'm toning it a little...darker, than most people think of Megaman.
Alas, less chat, and Ill show you what I have so far:

As fans, I think you guys can see what I'm going for here.
I'm having a really hard time getting anywhere from here though.
I'd like any pictures/suggestions that you guys would have to fit this theme. I'm going to have an artist rework it as need be, but I'd like to go into the consult with ALOT of content so he doesn't have to make anything up as he goes along (and have it be something I don't really approve of).
Anyway, any help would be great.
So far some things I know I'm looking for: Bass.exe (preferablly with the cloak), Eddie, Rush, Zero, any of the Megaman 2 bosses (for sure, i definately need to have crashman), and a zap ring bunny. |

*adds: Ryusei no Rockman 3 (Megaman Star Force 3) has been announced. This time the boss theme is about Space and there were people talking about Noise being the main focus of this game (researchers search for any noise in space to see if there's anything else living out there... der I can't explain it well enough)

I left being a Mod and gave the position to someone who's very reliable. I decided to pack it up because I got too possessive over freaking scans and hard work, and I didn't want that to keep interrupting with the community.
I'm sorry, but the scans are also stopping. The scanning wasn't the problem, but the issues that came with sharing were. To those who managed to download the scans before, I hope you enjoyed them.
Scratch that- I will put the scans back up right after I finish posting this.

If there's any reason you can't get to the scans download links (ie. the links have been deleted by the hoster, they're expired, etc) I'll have them on my email account and you can just email me for them.
I say this because once I uploaded all of Rockman.exe Beast+ (episodes) to Mediafire and they were taken down by the host because of copyright issues. I dunno, I shouldn't even be offering scans but I feel that it's important. I'll continue to do this. |

Can't believe no one has mentioned this yet, but today, December 17th, is officially Rockman's 20th Birthday. A ton of really cool merch went on sale in Japan and Ryuusei no Rockman 2 was announced. There should be some other stuff happening on the official website, but it's all in japanese and I'm at work.

I feel kind of stupid, requesting scans again, but...i need decent quality scans of EXE Volume 7. Not all the pages but, only the ones with Forte on it. I want to do some nice icons/avatars and sigs(for forums obviously) with Forte from manga, but i lack the good scans. And from what i read, in Volume 7 there is centered on the fight between Forte GS and Rockman. I don't care if the scans are raw or not raw. Me. Just. Wants. Forte.
Oh, i'm so selfish!
Because, this is the only place where i can get some scans(you can't buy EXE manga where i live. it sucks), so i can't bring anything new. But i can always make a mirror for the files that were already uploaded. In case something happens.

First off, Megaman Star Force episode 2 is out dubbed.
So now that I've heard that there's going to be ACTUAL ITEMS GIVEN AWAY at the Gamestop in NY when Inafune's there, I'm going to be grabbing a couple of things and get them signed as long as he's willing to sign them. I don't know if I can get there right at 5pm though from my job, but I'm going to try and grab what I can. I'm also bringing a copy of Star Force Dragon and I will get that signed that I'm picking up from a Gamestop nearer to me, I assume that the games will be sold out down there, but to those of you who'd asked me, I'll look into getting a signed game that he could sign. The news also said there's going to be a Megaman there in costume, who knows from which series though. (I wonder if he's going to be willing to sign a copy of the japanese Ryusei no Rockman manga?)
But does anyone here live in NY or near there? Are you going? Maybe we can team up?

I know I'm behind on news, but when I miss something as big as the Ryusei no Rockman anime being licensed by Viz, it's kind of ridiculous.
On April 17, 2007, VIZ Media announced that they have acquired the rights for an English anime release titled MegaMan Star Force. The press release mentions that 13 episodes will be released at lengths of 20 minutes each, implying that episodes will be combined for the English adaptation.

Ryusei no Rockman episode news
"As some might have noticed the eps are 1 minute shorter now.
It's because the timeslot got smaller, but the only thing they removed is the standard story intro used in the first 15 episodes(with the microwave girl etc)" (quote from AGF-Antoine, another person who supplies this anime)
=That and the Rockman.EXE Online forums were hacked this morning or in the wee hours of this morning. When I went to the address, it came up with this username-password box and said the forums were being repaired. Hrm. |

And I have a question before I leave... if the news for EXE stops, does this community automatically go over to Ryusei, or would it just sit to collect dust (like it's been for a month)? There's still the Undernet's game EXE 7 underway... we could cover that.

I have screenshots from the opening of the Ryuusei no Rockman anime. I can't post the raw because I don't have the person's permission, though.
So far, it looks kinda interesting. Only thing is that the episodes are only 10 minutes, which I think is way too short. I like the characters, though :D
