ROTATION is a public mp3 rotation that focuses on both obscure and mainstream music from around the world. ~ I'm willing to keep it public as long as I find people are following the rules. :3 [info]charcoalwing is the maintainer. 『 RULES 』



1. Not required, but please leave a comment whenever you download. It shows courtesy. This motivates us to continue uploading music for you guys! It's either you do that, or join the community so we know who's interested in downloading our stuff! :)

2. All mp3s should be deleted in 24 hours after downloading it. If you really like it, please buy the CD to support the artist!

3. All requests are MEMBERS-ONLY. This means that you must join the community to request any music.

4. When requesting, make sure it is on our playlist. There is a request limit of 5 songs per person.

5. Music requests are either made on this entry >>here<< or emailed to the respected uploaders of this community - our email addresses are found on our personal LJ profiles. Do not leave a comment on our personal journals for requests, thank you! Please, when requesting music on this entry, include the uploader's username to avoid any confusion.

6. Asking for a reupload is allowed, however you are only limited to 3 songs per person.
