On a different note: Is it just me, or does Jon Kortajarena really look like Kai? Wrong ethnic group, a bit too scruffy, and he doesn't have the hair, but check out those green eyes! He also has long hair in a couple of shots, namely this. I dunno, it could be just me. |

So... At 5 in the morning, a friend of mine came up with the Next Internet Meme, or so I believe: give me a fandom, and I will attempt to provide you with a lulzy highschool AU ficlet! With some implied slashing of course. Unfortunately, this is restricted to fandoms I actually know.... D: But if other people want to take up a challenge I can't answer, then go go go for it! Come on chaps, help me procrastinate from studying!
EDIT: My final exam is this Friday, so the ficlets should be up after then, possibly by Sunday. D: Sorry for being made of fail. The House/Wilson one has been started, and am brain-storming the Metanoia one a little bit. |

What do you guys think? Does Milo want to screw Star, or just screw him over? Both at once? Neither? Is he one of the Bad Guys, bad guys, or baddest guys?
What would he take with him on a desert island? Why'd he choose the meat suit he's currently wearing?

We're still working on the site. Next expected features will be making reviews also searchable/browsable, by user, etcetera. Right now, you can sort lists of search results, search comics, and maintain a personal watch list. You can also link other people to your personal watchlist!

| Webcomic browsing -- now in early beta |

So, a few of you have already had a poke at the site.
Here's the scoop. We're working on a webcomic browsing site. We need a couple more features to be really useful, but the site is now useful enough that I'm using it instead of my webcomic bookmark folder.
This is the site that's going to eventually sneak into electric-manga.com, as Kagerou moves slightly more fully to kagerou.org.
What it does:
You register for the site.
You browse the list of comics, and you "watch" comics you're interested in.
You write reviews for comics, and provide tags for them to help other people find them.
You have a personal watchlist of comics you follow; you can hand out a link to that, or you can just use it for your own sinister purposes.
When you click on a comic's link on the site, the time at which you clicked is recorded -- then you can look at your list of comics, and see when you last visited them. Don't check everything every day? Forget where you were? The site remembers for you!

Right now, we're in sort of an early beta. Please read the policy stuff at the bottom of the page. Basically, it comes down to: We don't spam. You'll notice that we have some ads on the page -- that's so it can (in theory) fund itself without us spamming for anything. We are very interested in feedback.
And yes, we are aware that there's no way to sort search results right now. It's, uhm, going to get fixed. Real soon.
One thing: No, the site will not aggregate current panels from all your comics onto one page for you. If we did that, it'd be image leeching, and webcomic authors would try to kill us. Since we ARE webcomic authors, it would be suicide, which is a sin. |
