| You're rocking back and forth as waves lap against wood. Your eyes open to view the clear blue sky above, littered with clouds carrying rain. Where are you? How have you come to be here, and why? Voices interrupt your heavy thoughts -- they're all around you. Suddenly, you're not alone anymore, and everyone around you is just as lost. You can see a city enclosed by the deep greens of a lush jungle, with the buildings closest to it dappled and framed with various tropical flora of impressive beauty. There is a vast expanse of white beach and rising cliff-faces all along the coast before you. Rich architecture line the streets of the port city, some colourful and vivid, others dark and in disrepair. Within the streets, the people are just as varied: poor walking among the middle classes, perhaps even a nobleman with his guards. Guards. Maybe they have the answers you seek? The guards explain where you are: Rivelata, once the home and dominion of the Child-Queen Immaculada, spirited away in the night, and once the prison of Zikhadhara, the "Godking." With the disappearance of both, Rivelata was left without a leader -- that was, until King Alastair of the far-off country Mirande came to take control. Rumors flutter through the air of the streets, hinting at hidden motives. Had this King truly only come to not only protect Rivelata, but hunt its treasures? Or is there more to him and his goals than meets the eye? Or is there, perhaps, more to Rivelata than ever thought possible? Gods. Gold. Magic. Possibly a way home. You'll have to search on your own...
