R!OT INFORMATION
 You MUST join riot_pickups to pick up your requests.
1.) You must credit to the maker using this
format: " Maker @ RIOT_designs" If you don't know how, go HERE for the tutorial. If we find out
that you are not crediting our makers, the first time will be a warning, but if you
continue to ignore the rules, it's a ban. If we find out that you are stealing any of our
work, you will be promptly banned.
2.) Using the request form is mandatory. There are no chances with this rule.
We will immediately delete your request if you do not fill out the form to the best of your ability. We want specific details - such answers as "whatever the regular
banner/background is" will not be accepted. If you don't know the size, please give us an
example of the size you want. Other items, like hex (color) codes can be found HERE. There is a limit of 3 graphics
per week.
3.) Do not, I repeat, do not contact the makers personally! These people work hard to make what you want, so do not hassle them.
Remember, they are spending their time and energy to make your requests for free.
4.) Cross posting is illegal! This means that
you are not allowed, under any circumstances, to post the exact same request in
another community. We will delete your request and warn you once. If this behavior
continues, we will not only delete your requests, we will ban you.
5.) You MUST comment in your pick-up entry at RIOTpickups after you receive your
graphic. Makers, you must use the format here
after you finish someone's request.
6.) You will need permission before posting other people's graphics - this includes
examples in your requests! This is against LiveJournal's Terms of Service. If you
need to show any graphics, just use a link. If you use an example, you must add
"Credit: (The original maker)" somewhere in the request.
7.) We will NOT tolerate any drama. We are not a babysitting service. If you
have an issue with a member, please discuss it with them outside the community. If you have an issue with a maker,
report the problem to a moderator as soon as possible.
8.) Save everything to your own server because we will be deleting it off our servers
within a week or two. More importantly, you will be using someone else's
bandwidth.
9.) You may not promote your community here without a
moderator's permission. If you do, you're asking for an immediate ban.
10.) Please be sure of what you want. Don't ask any of the mods/makers to
redo your requests unless they are the ones who messed up/forgot something. No one has time to fix something that you
screwed up or forgot.
11.) We have the right to ban you for any reason, including, but not all inclusive:
stupidity, retardedness, being a dumbass, etc. You know the drill.

HIATUS
It really kills me to do this, but I feel that's it's best. I'm moving on to a new part of my life where I just don't have time for this community. I still love it as much as I did when I opened it a about two years ago, but I just don't have the time to run it. My negligence with riot_designs can easily be seen, and it's not fair to the makers and to the members of this community.
So, as of now, riot_designs is on hiatus. There are to be NO new requests made. IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY MADE A REQUEST AND STILL WANT IT TO BE FILLED, COMMENT HERE AND LEAVE THE LINK TO THE REQUEST! I will ONLY fill requests for people that leave me a comment in this post. Otherwise, I will just assume that you don't want it. This could be a temporary hiatus, or this could be a permanent one, I'm not sure yet as of now.
Shannon and all my LOVELY makers: I hope that you understand. I sincerely apologize for being so inactive these past couple of months. This decision is WAY overdue. I really hope that all of you enjoyed your time here being a maker, because I know that this community could not have done so well without all of you. Girls, I love you all so much! I wish you all the best.
Everyone, thank you so much for being a part of this community and making this work. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give back and have fun doing something I loved, which was making graphics. Again, please be sure LEAVE A LINK TO YOUR REQUEST if you still want it to be filled.

I made a request a while ago, but I found someone else who can do it. Can I delete from here and ask the other community to make it for me after I delete it? or am I not aloud to do that.
All I need to know. Can I delete my request from here and put it in another community?
