For all those characters we're never really going to bring in, but have journals for anyway.
For all those times we really just wanted to break someone with no consequences, or have happy little tea parties with people who would never have happy little tea parties.
For all those AU Riftverses floating around.
For all the times we've really wanted a new character to meet a dead character and hang out, except so-and-so was already dead.
This isn't the place for epic plotting, just a nice, quiet corner of the Rift to do little one-off RPs and have fun, get those damned ideas out of your head, once and for all.
