RULES

1.) Keep it civil. Insults to other members will not be tolerated at all.

2.) Please tag your application with .unstamped so that voters can find it faster. Please do not use or alter any other tags.

3.) You don't have to be stamped in order to vote on people. In fact you are even required to vote on all unstamed applications (regular as well as theme) before posting an application.

4.) You can vote people as up to two characters from the Resident Evil universe. Please make sure to bold your choice(s) to see who you're actually voting for. To bold text, use <*b*>this code<*/b*> without the *s.

5.) By default you may vote applicants as ANY character from the entire Resident Evil universe. The exception being applicants who asked for a specific gender or game-only characters in their paper work section. Please respect their wishes and narrow down your choices accordingly.

6.) The same exception does not apply to the 'least like character question'. It is recommended that you exclude that one character from your list of possible options, however if you think you have found a valid reason why the applicant may have misjudged themselves or the character in question you are welcome to state it.

7.) ELABORATE YOUR VOTE! If you're voting, EXPLAIN why you have chosen a certain character. You've read the application and hopefully given your choice some thought, so please share your ideas! An essay is of course not required, however two good reasons minimum are. If you fail to give any explanation whatsoever your vote(s) will be deleted and not taken into account for your or anybody else's application.

8.) Don't pick a certain character just because the person before you did. It's okay to agree with them if that's what you think, but try to have your own opinions.

9.) You will usually be stamped after five votes, however please stay active and vote (at least occasionally) even after you've been stamped!

10.) Basically you are allowed to reapply for a regular stamp as often as you like, however please allow at least two months between each reapplication. Also you may be stopped from reapplying if we think you're abusing this rule to fish for a certain character or are reapplying every other month just for the heck of it.

11.) To make us believe that you've read the rules please use proper Resident Evil dating in your subject line. For example if you are applying on the sixth of any month your subject line would be '6 // itchy. tasty', or '23 // itchy. tasty' on the 23rd and so on.

Contrary to our monthly themes, permanent themes can be taken at any time, even without having received a regular stamp. The regular community rules do still apply to them though, so make sure you have read them carefully.

Furthermore you may not apply for both permanent themes at the same time or have a regular application and a permanent theme open at the same time. You may however apply for one permanent and one monthy theme at the same time, providing the two applications were posted at least one week apart.

Theme A is the MATCHMAKER THEME which will determine your romantic match in the Resident Evil universe. Your subject line for this theme is 'Theme A : Matchmaker Theme' which helps us recognise what you are applying for. The application can be found here:
