I have recently joined Livejournal (late, I know), and am distressed to see that all of my old favourites have already been claimed!

Could I then claim Eet? This is my favourite song from her new album!

Back in 2006, this community was formed. It was created by myself and another maintainer, a close friend of mine. At one point early on, I left Livejournal for a couple of months. The other maintainer kept this community active and continued to answer claim entries. Obviously, I came back. And when I did, I took over as the only maintainer.

A couple of hours ago, I decided to clean up the community. I gave it a new layout. And I also went through and tagged all entries with the claims each member had posted. In doing this, I found a few mistakes. I realized these mistakes were because a couple of claims were not added to the Claims List and I overlooked them because of this.

[ "Oedipus" and "Reginasaurus" were claimed twice, by two different people.
"Oedipus" was claimed first by pinknevan1 in 2007. Later in 2008, the same song was claimed by sarcastic_dork.
"Reginasaurus" was claimed by splitting_minds in 2007. Later in 2008, the same song was claimed by starfreekin. ]

Upon looking closely at these entries, these claims were answered by me shortly after I returned to the community. This is completely my fault and I apologize. I have a very close attention to detail and I hardly ever make mistakes like these. But because of this, I am letting all four of these members keep their claims. Yes, there is a rule in this community that everyone may only have one claim and if it is taken they have to ask for something else. But since I did this, I am just letting it be. However, this will not happen again. Everything is in order now and I plan to keep it that way. If the four members mentioned above would like to change their claim to something that has not yet been claimed, they may.
