| One of the best things about our show is the way there's something for everyone. A little bit of Disney, a little bit of Jason and Freddy, a little Chinatown and a little The Manchurian Candidate, some Revenge of the Nerds and probably a heaping helping of High School Musical to boot. Whatever your favorite genre or storytelling style, if you watch Heroes long enough, you'll find it. Plus with a large and gorgeous cast, it's practically RPS, it's so ripe for AU. There's really nothing you can't do with the characters while keeping them in character. And that's what this challenge is all about. Playing with our favorite characters and actors, retelling their stories or telling other stories with them in it. In a word: adaptation. Of Heroes and Heroes RPS to movie plots.  Intro post here. Make prompts and claims here until 10/5. FAQ and Q & A here.On 10/6 we'll post the list of titles (claims begin during prompting!). Artists and authors and vidders all welcome! AU or RPS, het, slash, gen, all fine. Stay as close to the story as you like or be 'inspired by it'. It's up to you! Projects due, completed, by 12/12, in honor of 12cubed! :D Posting begins any time after the claim has been approved by the mods. |
