- thoughts and feelings about recovery, and thoughts/ feelings not directly related to recovery as you go through the process
- feel free to mention struggles and slip-ups, but if you think something might be triggering, put it behind a cut
- interesting articles about bulimia/ anorexia/ recovery / etc
- what you talked about in therapy, or with friends, that resonated with you and you think other people might appreciate [side note - i have a couple things of this nature to share]
- tips of the "things to do instead of binging" or "ways to make yourself stick to your healthy meal plan" type of tip
- progress you've made - share your successes (and slip-ups too - sometimes other people have a good perspective on a slip-up)
You may also post the following BEHIND A CUT. Please be sure to label the cut so members know what they will see
- calories, weights, BMI, and other such numbers. yes, it would be better if we didn't focus on such things, but many of us do, and it helps to write about it sometimes. using a lj-cut and labeling it ("contains talk of calories" or "contains talk of weight/bmi" etc) is mandatory
- talk about specific foods and meal plans. it can be helpful to see what other people are eating, especially if they're working with a nutritionist, but this needs to be behind a cut
- talk about binging, purging, laxatives, restricting, etc - no one is perfect. it's okay to slip up. but put it behind a cut, and don't write or imply that it's a healthy or appropriate thing to do. don't beat yourself up, of course - everyone makes mistake - but binging, purging, laxatives, restricting (and overexercising, and everything else I left out) are mistakes, and not something to glorify.
- drug talk. this isn't the place to post about your awesome weekend doing 'shrooms, but it's fine to mention that you did XYZ drug. put it behind a cut out of respect for those who may be in recovery from drug use as well.
Not acceptable for this community
- the obvious culprits: binge lists, thinspo, pro-ana anything, pro-mia anything
ALSO: recovery does not mean becoming anorexic instead of bulimic. It's okay to post that you're trying to avoid binging and consequently restricting, but do NOT say or imply that restricting is recovery. It isn't.

This is NOT the same as the Purgatorium. Discussions pertaining to actively being in your eating disorder will be deleted at will.
Looking for advice on how to deal with a slip or relapse are fine, no discussion of binge foods, purging methods, etc. will be allowed, please.
This should be a safe place for people to discuss recovery from bulimia.
