hime1999's head when she was reading icedark_elf's LJ. Instead of ignoring said bunny like a good girl, she went and drew this instead. Hence the Recasted!Series was born. FAQ:
Q. What is Fullmetal Alchemist: Another Gate?
A. Fullmetal Alchemist: Another Gate, or more known as Recasted!Sins Series or R!S, is an alternate universe in which the State Alchemist called Fullmetal was a fifteen-years old boy named Hohenheim Elric Jr., or Hoju for short. He was on a journey with his brother Maximillian, or Moofy, to find the Philosopher's Stone and their father, Hohenheim.

A. In the Archive.
Q. Wait, I'm confused. Why is Ed an homunculus?
A. The basic idea of the series was to reverse the roles of the 'good guys' and 'bad guys' in anime Fullmetal Alchemist, hence the name Recasted!Sins Series. Not all roles are recasted though.
Q. Are you following the manga or the anime?
A. Both and none of them. Elements are taken from both versions, so don't expect things as straight as they were.
Q. Alright. So what's the canon for this series?
A. The canon is written by
hime1999 and betaed by bard_linn, kytyngurl2, and kaitou_marina. It is currently in progress. Q. What? So I can't write a canon for this bloody series?
A. Sorry, no. Unless

A. As long as it is in-character (IC), no problem.
Q. What is in-character (IC)?
A. "IC/OOC: In Character/Out Of Character. This is generally a compliment or an criticism. ("Your Draco is really IC!" "Do you think it's too OOC for Harry to burst into tears in the Great Hall?" "Oh, her Snape is always OOC!") If something is OOC it has strayed too far from the canon and is thus unbelievable.
