Real women come in all shapes & sizes. They don't buy into the myth that they must fit a fashionably-designtated shape to be considered a real woman. Real women know who they are, and strut the earth with confidence.

Some have large curves, some have small

Real women are underweight, overweight, the prescribed medically perfect weight and are all healthy in body and mind. Well, maybe not always healthy in mind, but how about do not confuse self-image with self-esteem? Some are in wheelchairs, some have saggy boobs, some naturally look like high fashion models and all love and cherish themselves for who they are, not what they appear to be or how closely they can come to meeting our cultural beauty ideals.
Real women know that sexy is between the ears.

A real woman doesn't let anyone tell her how she 'should' look, how she is 'supposed' to behave, what she's 'allowed' to say, or what she can or cannot do, think, feel, or believe.
Real women love themselves for who they are, and they recognize the beauty in everyone.
A real woman knows no restrictions or boundaries.
She is herself. She is free.

Real Women see beyond the media imposed beauty in movies, magazine, and music and can appreciate beauty everywhere... especially in herself. Real Women know they are not perfect, just like everyone else, and can accept their flaws as things that make her unique. Real Women may sometimes feel depressed about their bodies, but know that it's only a fleeting thought and that they are beautiful.

[Real Women] don't need to fit an ideal, or a mould. Real women aren't defined by the size of their jeans or how full their bras are. Being a woman is real enough.
