Something to hate on...
I just joined this community (Hi everyone! Been lurking for a while) to post something I just found, I'm not very savvy on the livejournal thing, I don't know if there's a search function, so if this has been posted before, I'll go hide in the corner.

Well, just go see for yourselves... sometimes it's so ridiculous I can't but believe it's fake. It's purpose is supposedly to "promote feminine beauty". As opposed to the "masuline" and "eunuchoid" looks of high-fashion models. Basically some guy with mommy issues created a site (with blog!) to tell everyone that big boobs are best (and everyone who thinks otherwise must be gay). To prove his point he has done some extensive internet research mostly on NSFW pages (I love the way he generously censored the nude pics leaving very much to the imagination).

That looks like an individual with issues. Last time I saw someone diagramming skulls was a special on Neanderthals... the time before that it was a documentary on Hitler and the Holocaust.

What a bizzarre website...

The reason high fashion models are so thin is because they aren't supposed to be the focus, the clothes they're wearing are. They are supposed to be human hangers.

If people are consentrating on your gut hanging or your cellulite thighs, they aren't really looking at the clothes.

I am slightly irritated at his examples of female beauty.

I say, fuck that.

Some men like big women, some men like small women, some men like women for who they are and not what their ass looks like. And some men like other men. For god's sake.

yet, here's the irony: he dislike fake breasts. So basically to fall under his impossible standards of beauty, you have to have a feminine face, huge natural boobs, a tiny waist and ribcage, a large but pert bottom...and let's face it, slender women are rarely blessed by the boob fairy.

He's clearly a sad man spending too much time with his right hand.

Every now and then I come across some attractive women that unfortunately have small breasts, like the two women below, and am left lamenting that if only these women had normal breasts, I would have put them in the attractive women section

I'd like to hate on this website a little more.

I don't think its so much that the high-fashion models look like little boys so much as those "glamour models" have faces that look like little girls. What with all the roundness.

Gak! Sense when have high cheekbones been an exclusively masculine feature?

Anyway I think Bridget Hall has a very pretty face. (one of his "masculine" women)

Anyone else catch he has problems with athletic women, all those comments about not liking broad shoulders, and not liking muscles on women. And for all the talk about feminine beauty, he is as bad as the people who say anything above a size 8 is disgusting. (I have heard it!) Hell he might be one of them.

And did it sound to anyone else as if he were saying that anyone who thinks that a women with small breasts and good muscles is attractive was homosexual?

All and all it sounds like he is saying 'I like barbie dolls, big boobs long legs and hollow heads'.

Lover of feminine beauty my ass.

(side note, "high-fashion" models do represent an unrealistic image of women, but so do the "glamour models", and I don't think that any of them look like children. round face does not= little girllike)

Well, he doesn't blatantly say "homosexual", he puts it nicely, " not lifetime-exclusively heterosexual", lol.

I do think that some of the "glamour" models' faces could pass for young girls', but I guess that's what their going for on "barely legal" pages. I also see how some of the runway models could pass for young men, albeit attractive young men. But so could some of the "glamour" models, only they actually look like drag queens what with all the ugly make-up and overplucked brows.

It's so strange how he gathers together all his "scientific" data, all to prove there is only one type of woman a heterosexual man could find "aesthetically appealing".

And I have never heard before that high cheekbones in women are unfeminine or even unattrative.

Hetero guys like naked chicks. Naked chicks of all shapes, sizes and colours (he obviously seems to prefer white) can easily be found on the internet. The end.

So, gay men can't appreciate the female form? Way to generalise.

Regarding being dissatisfied with one’s looks, almost everyone falls short of most of the best achievements/characteristics found among humans, and one has to learn to make the most of what one has and improve oneself rather than sulk about the hand dealt by nature.

pardon me, but is this guy not sulking about the hand dealt by nature? I love his excuse why we couldn't use a range of body types for models.

I can't go back to the website to get the quote, because the website made me SO ANGRY that my body started hurting because I was*tensingupfromthesheerRAGE*

Basically, its because if we had overweight/obese models, then women would think its ok to be overweight/obese. And obese women are "less fecund and fertile". Um, hello? I am NOT a baby making machine. Plus, overweight does not always mean sick. Yes, some people who are overweight are sick.

He also said that PCOS is "associated" with obesity. But you don't get fat and then get PCOS. You have PCOS first and then you get fat. Not all women with PCOS suffer from obesity. Some do, but that is because their body is sick, and is storing more fat than it should. Some women are "obese" and will be perfectly fine.

This is a great quote from him in the comment section: "I am not saying that any man who dates a high-fashion model is gay; exclusively gay individuals will not date women, but if you are a masculine looking woman, you are at risk for attracting men who are into the down-low lifestyle." Hahahahahaha, what?! Thank God, that women with big tits and ass are only at risk for attracting pervs who watch to much porn and will only appreciate them for their body. I LOVE how all the pictures he uses as examples of 'attractive women' are women from porn movies. And they all have that disgusting, used, ugly, slutty look on their faces.

I'd take me a beautiful and unique looking "masculine" model over some boring and trashy "attractive" woman anyday.
