[info]realteenmoms is a community for pregnant teens, teen mothers, and teens who want to become pregnant. Being a teen mother is very difficult, being judged by everyone - younger kids, older adults, and even kids your own age. Livejournal is crowded with MANY communities for pregnant teens, teen mothers, and there are even communities as specific as teens with boys, or teens with twins. But many of these communities are not just for teens, but YOUNG parents in general. This community is strictly for TEENS, meaning ages thirteen to nineteen. So please join if you are between the ages of 13 and 19 if you are PREGNANT, TTC, or are already a mother.




1. Do not, I REPEAT, DO NOT, bring any drama into this community. Issues such are breastfeeding vs. bottlefeeding, and cloth diapers vs. disposable diapers are not to be brought into this community. There are other communities for these matters. See below at LINKS.

2. Please only join if you are a TEEN, meaning ages 13 to 19. If you are 19 and pregnant and are not due until you are 20, you may join.

3. Please do not be immature and start name calling and such. You are all mothers, or mothers to be, please set a good example. There are communities for specificly for debating and fighting, this is not one of them. Just because someone is thirteen and pregnant, does not mean you should go and call them a slut, keep these opinions to yourself and remember that everyone is here for SUPPORT and HELP and ADVICE.

4. Please do not steal anyone's graphics, icons, images, or pictures. It's just plain stupid and immature.

5. If you do not feel comfortable posting something, by all means, make it friends-only if you would like to.
