This may seem kind of stupid, but I was looking on Firefly Pinyinary, just scrolling down, and I noticed something that made my brain go: "RAYNE!"

In Serenity pt 2 of the pilot, Jayne is wearing one of his lovely tee's. On the sleeve is the sign for water over the word "enjoy". I'm obviously reading too much into this but..."enjoy..." "water..." River...
Rayne.

And this is where my brain goes. Just an interesting tidbit that anyone can throw into a fic.

I've been a very bad co-maintainer of this community in that I was asked to be a maintainer so that I could put a header up, but I totally failed at that. But recently I discovered pre-made layouts and with a little fiddling, I can change them how I want them, so voila! I went ahead and made a new header/layout for the comm. I hope the othe maintainers don't mind. There's still the links and calendar down the side and everything. :)

all right, so I feel the need to do a little pimping this morning...

over on the lj community "best thing ever" they have weekly polls to determine the best thing ever. this week it is "Firefly (The Series) vs. Firefly (the insect)........ and the bug is winning. I just thought that maybe if I let some of my fellow Browncoats hear of this travesty, we could possibly fix this little issue!!!

"No, not really. I'm good at killing things and keeping them nice and low profile, anything over 10 comments is practially unheard of with me afterall. I think that's part of what makes me so good at my job, I can keep it on the down low."

Hi. My name is Ana. And I'm a Sad Fan-girl.

I got started in Rayne by my wonderful former rommie kumagorou1983 with the lst fanfic we had going. I had never done fanfic and was nervous, but had loads of fun. Since joining, I've met some awesome people and have had loads of fun! I try to write on my own, but i've recently moved from the south to new england, and my two stories have gotten placed on the backburner. I'm currently writing a Mal/Jayne fic for </a></a>elsibet34 and then a Braveheart inspired one for a manip someone *i can't remember who... sorry* made. 

Anywho. I love fim. its my life. I'm going to be (eventually) going to school for film studies. My dream would be to be a historian/archivist at PIXAR.  I'm also a photographer at a major chain studio. I <3 photography. and music. and reading.

other than that, i'm pretty much a BDD... a BIG DAMN DORK. 

and I want to have Mal's babies.
