| About: | Think you're hot? Do you stand infront of the mirror gazing at your cute self daily? Do others think your hot? Do you know what they think? Do you want to know? Find out if they agree, here. Simply post a photo of yourself (this does not include naked photos but does include a clear headshot) for other members of the community to judge. One pic per post will do fine - preferably a reasonably sized photo. Please use the LJ cut if you wish to post more than one photo. Or perhaps you're a little shy and don't like the idea of posting your photo for people to give their opinions on. Do not fret, there's a place for you in this community too. As well as Ratees, we need Raters. The more the better. Here's the idea: Rate the photos posted by the members in this community on a scale of one to ten. One being not-so-hot, ten being ultra hot, five being mediocre, six being ... well, you get the idea. Leave the score you decide on in a comment to that person (feel free to add anything extra you feel the Ratee should/ or would like to know.) As a Rater (members/ non-members), it is your job to be brutally honest but at the same time, fair. Try to rate the photo before reading the other scores given. That way you are less likely to be influenced by other's opinions. As a Ratee (members only), it is your job to have a sense of humor. Some of the scores and responses may be less or worse than you'd predicted. Our advice: If you're sensitive, refrain from posting. If you can handle a little criticism, go for it. And the fun does not stop there. Each week the moderator of the community will add up the scores given to all the Ratees. The winner with the highest score will then be announced to all in the community. There aren't many rules here. We simply ask that you refrain from foul language and general mean-spiritedness. Note: All are welcome to join the community without being required to post a photo of yourself. Though all members are required to rate/comment on the photos that are posted and show a somewhat active participation in the community (unless of course, you've posted a photo to be rated that week, yourself - in which case, you don't HAVE to rate other's but may do so if you wish.)
