RULES
1.)Copy and Paste the application to get rated.
2.)Your layout will be voted on only by accepted members with either a yes or a no.

8.)Please use proper grammer, punctuation and capitalization. IF yOu TaLk LiEk ThIs, it will immediately get you banned.
9.) Once you apply to be rated, you cannot change your layout! Doing so will get you rejected and warned, then banned.
10.)If you are already a member, and you changed your layout after you were accepted with an old one, you do NOT have to reapply. Just post an entry stating that you are already accepted and you wish to have people look at your layout.
11.)Do not go to anyones personal journal, talking about this community. Everything about this community, should stay in this community. Promotions in personal journals are accepted.
12.)If you are unable to do this, you must post an entry, stating that you might not be able to vote for however long.
13.)DO NOT promote another community without asking the moderator. Doing so will get you warned, then kicked out. Please adhere to these rules.
14.) Please put your vote in the subject line of the comments. It's a lot easier to calculate all the votes, instead of searching through the comments for the vote.
15.) You must befriend the community. If you don’t, you will be warned, then rejected.
