If you didn't use any overrides in your layout and you just have a plain background, don't even bother applying. Were looking for everything to match, with a lot of overrides used.
In order to be accepted, each member already accepted will give you a grade from ranging from 1-10 (10 being the highest), and when you have atleast 15 votes or it has been 24 hours, we will average out your score. If your score averaged out to be 6 and above, then you will be accepted.
You're not allowed to vote until you have been stamped accepted by one of the moderators.
Applicants found being rude, or not taking comments or scores maturely from judges will be automatically rejected. On the second time of doing so, you will be banned. You chose to submit yourself to OUR community to be rated so if you don't like the scores we give you, leave.
If you're rejected, you may apply again 24 hours later with a new layout. But if everytime you apply again you get rejected, don't apply every day, or you will be banned.
Accepted Members:
You can ask to be re-rated anytime you want. Your new score will not affect your membership though. Once you are accepted you are in no matter how bad your new layouts are.
Whenever you make a post, put 'stamped' in the subject line and make the posts friends only.
