About:This community is for the purpose of posting rare or unusual book-based fiction/fanfiction. To be perfectly clear, that means:

NO Harry Potter fanfiction and
NO LOTR fanfiction

However, we say YES to fiction/fanfiction based on almost anything else! (But please read the posting guidelines [scroll down] before posting.)

As of January, 2005, the [info]rarelitslash community will be open to all sorts of rarelitfiction, slash, het, and gen. The community name will not change, because frankly, "rarelitfanfiction" sounds terrible.

This community contains adult content, and you should not access posts rated R or NC-17 if you are legally a minor where you live. Sorry.
