these are nice, i especially enjoy the last one.
some things:
are you actually using black. even if you aren't, it's reading as flat black in areas. in the second one, this doesn't flow from the beautiful skin tones the most. the black overwhelms the rest, flat against smooth (doesn't appear intentional, although you could use that as acknowledging the flatness of a painting).
also in the first, the arms are slightly awkward, like our left on the standing figure.

Yeah, the second one has black in it. It was more of a cop out than anything because I needed it for review the next day, I'll have to do some more work on it. As for the hands, I agree as well. I did both the figures from life and it was nearly impossible to get the hands right in that case, more work will be needed on that one too. Thanks!

I love the first one, the composition's lovely and the idea is sweet too. I agree with what acudahy said the arms, but I think it's more about the standing figure's left arm. The symbolism of the key/flower is really intruiging, too. Wonderful work.

The top and bottom one are from life and the middle one was loosely based on photo references :)
