1. Your submissions cannot be animated! That's, after all, the whole point of this community.

2. Your submissions must remain anonymous. You cannot use your icon anywhere until the voting is over.

3. Do not vote for yourself, nor get your friends to vote for you.

4. Only new, original icons may be submitted.

5. Make sure your submission fits LJ's size standards. (40kb and 100x100 MAX)

6. Do not take submissions/winners' icons unless you have their permission.

7. Blending between the pictures is allowed but just use the pics provided. You are allowed to use stock images.

You need to follow the rules of each challenge that is posted and make an icon. Use brushes, text, effects, etc., to create a unique icon. Then submit it in a comment to the post the challenge came from (all comments will be screened), in IMG SRC form and the URL.

Entries will be accepted from Sunday to Friday, unless otherwise stated. Voting will start on Friday or Saturday and end Sunday. You cannot vote for yourself. New challenge will be posted on Sunday, and winners on Sunday also.

Banners will be made each week for the winners. Usually for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and Mod's Choice, it depends on the number of icons for the challenge.

Unfortunately we lost almost all affiliates because my computer broke down during changing the userinfo. Please comment to this entry if you wanna be an affiliate.
