This community is dedicated to great actress Rachel Bilson and it is Last icon maker standing challenge.RULES 1) At first join the community and sign up before the beginning of the challenge. 2) Every round you'll have to vote for icon which has the best quality and the worth quality and give the reasons of your opinion. 3) The icon with the most negative votes will be eliminated. 4) When there are only 5 or 6 icons left, a special new round for quit participants will be announced. As a results of voting the winner will be returned to the contest. 4) Every participant will have ONE skip. You can get an extra skip by promoting this community. 5) All icons should be new and never posted before. 6) Participants may not vote for themselves and please don`t ask your friends to do it for your icons. 7) You must use the pictures provided for each round to make your icon. Brushes, textures, text, blending etc. are allowed. Animation are not allowed. 8) At the end a winner of the contest will be defined, and the information about him\her will be placed in the profile of the community. All the finalists will be awarded with price-winning banners. 9) Please do not delete your icons from their servers until you either win or are disqualified. Have any questions or suggestions?
