Would You Rather...
Be single, or in a serious relationship? Right now? Single. The idea of a serious romantic relationship right now makes me uncomfortable. In the long run I'd like to be in a serious relationship.
Be a fighter or a sacrifice? Sacrifice. I prefer getting hurt to seeing others hurt. Any other factor sort of pales compared to that.
Be street-smart or intellectual? I like the idea of both, but I suppose intellectual. I'm not really the "type" who would have street-smarts.
Live alone, or with a room mate? With a room mate, as long as we got along well. I get lonely if I'm too isolated.
Live a short, exciting life, or a long, quiet life? Long and quiet. I'm not much a fan of too much excitement.

A little-known fact about you: I'm often anxious or depressed. It's usually obvious when I'm feeling down (I've had a random person stop and ask me if I was okay O_x), but I try to downplay it if someone asks me what's wrong, so not many people know what a horrible drag I am~ I don't like exposing my emotional vulnerability if I can help it, so.
Who do you look up to as a model for how to live your life? That's kind of tough. I model aspects of my life based on how I feel certain people would react to said aspects (I read books like I imagine Stephen King does, I listen to music as I imagine Brian Eno does), but I don't really have a person who is the perfect model for how I think I should live my life. I mostly live how I think I should live, not how I think other people think I should live or how I think other people live, although the approval of others is important to me.
What do people appreciate most about you? I guess my kindness. Probably. I try to be very nice, especially to people I don't know well, and I try to be as helpful as possible, so. =x I guess helpfulness/niceness are traits that would go over well with people.
Three positive words to describe yourself: Nice, maternal, accepting
Three negative words to describe yourself: Reclusive, moody, taciturn.
What quality do you value most in others? Compassion would probably be the number one quality I admire in people. I'm uncomfortable around people who can't sympathize with the problems of others. The ability to make reasonable decisions would be a close second.
The world's not a perfect place. What would you want to change about it? People in general would be more compassionate. I'm always a little surprised at how many people I talk to who don't know how to sympathize with others - at how many people are actually flippant towards others' problems! I can be distant, but I try to make it obvious that I'm not unsympathetic. The concept of cruelty is one that I don't like at all - if I could replace cruelty with compassion, I'd be much happier with the state of the world.
You're not perfect, either. What would you change about yourself? I tend to be uncomfortable in social situations involving either a lot of people or just a couple other people. I'd like to be more comfortable around people. I LIKE people, I'm just very anxious around them and it'd be easier for me if I was more comfortable around them.
Do you believe in people? I believe that people in general have the potential to be believed in.
In yourself? Not really. I believe that I want to be someone who is reliable and dependable, but I feel awkward trusting myself.
If you were given the chance to become one of the characters for a short period of time, who would you choose? Probably Kio. He and I are pretty different personality-wise so it'd be interesting to see how he shaped his perspectives.
If you had the chance to become a part of the Loveless-verse (as yourself) for the rest of your life, would you take it? Depends on the other conditions - what happens to my spot in our universe? What about my family and friends? Does someone get warped to our world to make room for me in Loveless-verse? Or do they simply blink out of existence? I probably wouldn't permanently want to be a part of it, in any case. I love a lot of the ideas (a Fighter-Sacrifice relationship seems wonderful to me, and the ears are...helpful), but I don't think Loveless-verse offers me anything that I need that I can't get right here.
Who is your favorite character? Shinonome, Nana, or Kio. Shinonome is absolutely adorable, Nana is about ten different kinds of amazing, and Kio makes for a wonderful ingredient in the cast. I agree with a lot of Kio's ideals, too, so that helps.
Your least favorite? I was never really a fan of Ritsuka. He frustrates me.

The story about the president. To the general public, even if they become reality rather than fiction, the Loch Ness Monster and Sasquatch feel very....hoax-ish. It's the New York Times, not the History channel, damn it. Even if you put LOCH NESS MONSTER CAPTURED or SASQUATCH FINALLY FOUND? on the cover of the New York Times, it reads like a tabloid rather than a story that should be in the New York Times.

I don't think I'd be the kind of person who would want to change things personally - as there's power in numbers, one alone can't do much. Anyway I'd love to do things pertaining to the environment, spend less money (note: I hate money. HATE IT. People are so greedy!), live more free, etc. Ideally, anyway.
You're not perfect, either. What would you change about yourself? To have less anxiety- though I love to think in general... so I guess just changing the systematic process of how my thoughts develop in certain situations (aka stressful times = more anxiety).
Do you believe in people? In general? No. The human kind as a whole has grown entirely too corrupt ... it's disgusting. However, in a more personal aspect, with certain people- yes, I believe in them... the ones I can trust (which there aren't a lot, frankly).

Be a fighter or a sacrifice? Fighter, hands down. I’m very good with taking pain, so in that sense at least I’d make a good Sacrifice, but Fighter still wins out. I’m infinitely better at taking orders than I am at giving them, and I’m also much better at protecting than I am with being protected. Not to mention, my greatest love in life is words, so the idea of spells appeals quite a lot to me.
Be street-smart or intellectual? Intellectual. I love books and researching far too much to say anything else. XD

Seeing as I could not care any less about politics and cryptozoology fascinates me, I would definitely want to run either the Nessie or Sasquatch story. Practicality would likely win out in the end, though – more people would probably want to read about the President, so I’d likely end up running that one regardless of my own feelings on the matter.

For one, I like blood. It's red- not bright red, but dark red-all the better, and often is accompanied by pain. What's notwling. The expression is just.... :> satisfying. Yeah, that's it. But I can't stand hearing them cry, though. Also, I like to know what goes on in people's heads. It can be interesting, sometimes. Leads me to say that I like interesting people. Can't stand boring predictable people.
