X/1999 Layout, Icons and FOBanner

Well, I am very slow at going about the request, aren't I? *is shot* I'll try to speed things up. XD;; But here is the ever cute Kamui of X/1999 with a FO Banner! 8D The icons will be up soon after this post too. :D This works for everyone... Though for plus, I would appreciate it if you put your ads settings to 'in between entries'. ;D It'll look better, trust me. 8|

RULES :
1) You may use the codes as it is, though I think it would be best if you upload them to your own server just in case I accidentally delete them or anything XD
2) You may replace the header and colours to suit your taste, but please don't repost them as your own. These babies are HARD to code, esp from someone who just learned the basics!

Instructions :

Go to manage/customize.
Under the "Basics" tab, select the S2 style system. Save Changes.
Under the "Look and Feel" tab, choose "Flexible Squares".
Under the "Custom Options" tab, click on "Custom CSS".
Set both drop down menu (Use layout stylesheet) to NO
