| About: | The Shire of Quintavia is an official branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism. The SCA is a not-for-profit international educational organization dedicated to the study and recreation of the European High Middle Ages. The SCA "period" is defined to be western civilization before the year 1600 AD. Within that frame we study dance, calligraphy, martial arts, cooking, metalwork, stained glass, costuming, literature, and a host of other interests. Quintavia is a part of the East Kingdom, and is located (on modern maps) in the towns of Central Massachusetts. Newcomers are always welcome.
