We welcome individuals of every sex, gender,

TITLE YOUR POSTS
Make your title concise and informative. This makes it easy to find and reference posts of interest.

This is a community, not a chat forum or a personal journal.
Appropriate posts include:
¤ articles
¤ discussion topics
¤ questions
¤ rants
¤ writings
¤ art
¤ announcements
¤ events
¤ links
¤ introductions that ALSO INCLUDE one of the above
DO NOT POST any of the following:
¤ vanity posts e.g. "Come check out my journal!", "Here are some new pics of me...", etc.
¤ personal journal entries that include off-topic information (e.g. "Here's what I did today..."), or that do not include queer-related material that is conducive to discussion (e.g. "I miss my boy/girlfriend so much." or "I saw this really hot boy/girl today.")

USE THE <lj-cut> TAG
Any post which is longer than a normal paragraph or two, or which contains multiple or large images must include an <lj-cut> tag out of courtesy for the other community members.
Long posts can clutter up "friends" pages. Multiple or large images can cause problems for those who have slow internet connections. If you do not know how to use the <lj-cut> feature, instructions are available in LJ FAQ #75.
BE RESPECTFUL
While we wish to encourage free discussion, we also want to keep this a safe place. Certain types of speech are specifically prohibited in this community: advertisements, personal ads, pornography, sexual harassment, sexism, racism, ageism, ableism, gay bashing, slander, name-calling, personal insults, threats, advocation of violence in any form, advocation of illegal activities (with the exception of civil disobedience).
