| About: | The QaF Health Club is a place for QaF fans to discuss real issues, such as weight loss/gain, exercise, health and nutrition, and to provide support, motivation, inspiration and encouragement. If you are having a bad day or need encouragement to get off the sofa and exercise, hopefully someone in the community can help. Members are free to post recipes, exercise tips/suggestions, advice, inspirational words, etc. (This may or may not include pics of QaF, G/R and B/J.)
Our aim is to provide a safe and happy place for members to come together on issues that touch each of us. Please be kind to and show respect for others. When posting, use common sense and do not flame. Debates are okay, speaking your mind is okay, but outright personal attacks are not. If anybody causes offense or comments inappropriately, they will be banned from the community immediately.
From time to time there may be discussions about QaF and the actors, or pictures of an adult nature. If you are offended by QaF or homosexuality, this community is probably not for you.
Community Rules:
1. You must be 18 or over to join this community. If your full date of birth is not on your profile, your request to join will be denied. By joining this community, you are stating that you are of age in the country, state, county and community where you reside. Also, people with empty LJs will probably not have their membership applications approved. We want active participants.
2. All entries must be friends locked as sensitive subjects may be discussed, and please use an LJ cut for long posts.
