i started reading purple a few years ago and the ending is sad but fitting, i think.
i just have a question. why is the keenspot box still on the site? did purple used to be on keen? and if so, why isn't it now?

anyone else notice that his endings are kind of the same?? (i'm not saying thats bad) Like the Devils turned into humans in the end (i think his name was fred, its been a very long time so i'm not sure) Lizard turned human and now Betty and purple are humans..hmmm
The ending was bit of a downer, I think its because everyone kinda...just left....Florda, T-V show, war, and..Space. Other than that it was ok and kinda mature..as are alot of his endings (lol or atleast the three i've found)
But oh well..like Purple said there are plenty of other web comics out there.....(but maybe not as good)

I so hope Dave is'nt really thinking of ending PP.
Well, I should have known thats where these last few comics were headed! Now what will I look forward to reading every Monday, Wenesday and whenever! I guess I could go back and read them over and over again, cause Purple never gets old.

Guys, seriously what happened to Purple?
I used to read the comic all the time and LOVED it, but fell way behind because of college and shtuff. But now I've tried looking back at archives that I've missed, and Purple's lost her magic! It's just not half as funny as it used to be. Not to mention no updates in months. Maybe you're right. Maybe PurplePussy is dead...

Hi guys! ;) My name is Kelly and I'm new to the community, though I've been an avid reader of PP for years. I nearly forgot I had this journal and I just bumped into this community in a random search. It's cool to find other PP fans out there - even if Dave's not doing too much these days.
I'm 21, from Australia, and I'm currently enrolled into a music course though I hope to get into med next year. My favorite character? ... Deciding would be hard as I have a soft spot ("in my back yard") for Roofie and Poopie, but I'll say I like Purple the most. ;)

Hi there!
I'm a fan of the Purple Pussy comics. I'm 28 and I too am a cartoonist.
Purple Pussy is so wonderfully crass and smart. The first time I found PP was on Camp Chaos's site, the animated PP video. I was intrigued and started reading the strip and it's great!
Lesse, my favorite one ... Hmmmm, I like them all, but my fav has to be ... Dec-15-03 Because that is totaly me at Christmas time and having to listen to Christmas carols.
Anyhooooo, Just droppin' in to give PP some love. Oh, and I run my own on-line comic so I understand how hard it is to update a hobby thing on a regular basis. Real life demands so much. None the less, it's still a fun comic.
