Log time no post
I haven't posted in a while.
So I have been using my blogspot account for a while but have been finding that I get alot of spam so I'm trying this out(mostly whether I like how easy it is to upload photos).
So I have been knitting and finished something that has been on the needles for a while which is the Wicked Sweater by Zepher Style. I used Cascade 220 superwash. It only took 2 1/4 hanks and was on size 8 needles. Some of the dye came off in the water when I soaked it. After wet blocking, the yarn soften up alot and I am proud to say that this is my most wearable sweater so far!
here is a shot of the back:
I am now working on Flutter Sleeve Cardigan from the latest interweave with some Silky wool which I got from Yarns R' Us in Hamburg, Pa. I highly recomend this shop, the people are extremely welcoming and will offer you a seat at their main table as soon as you come in.
Anyway this post wouldn't be complete w/o a flash of some of my new goodies from the shop.
includes 5 hanks of red silky wool, 1 hank of yellow Steadfast fibers wonderful wool (I made a tudora out of it and the cables showed up brilliantly), Cherry Tree Hill Supersock in purple, and a pair of size 3's to try sock on 2 circs.
This post also wouldn't be complete w/o mentioning my name on Ravelry which is Eflatkey.
