AboutThis is a community for all types of writers. It exists to help writers with copy, letters, getting published, and things of that nature.
It is NOT a place to post your writing, unless it is relevant to your post issue. Posts that contain a writing sample with no real issue at hand will be deleted.
Feel free to ask questions, give advice and discuss your failures and successes as a writer here in this community.
It is new, so there is no hard and fast rule except the one stated above. That is open to consideration if I feel it is necessary for the writing sample to be there. An example would be a post about a letter to a publishing company followed by a question, like, "Is this an appropriate letter?"
Other than that, the rule serves the purpose of saving those who sign up from having to read countless writing samples in their friends box daily.
