"Grey, a singer-songwriter from Enid, Oklahoma, blends the psychedelic, progressive, acoustic, and alternative stylings of Rush, Yes, the Beatles, the Doors, and Pink floyd to create a unique rock and pop sound sometimes compared to that of Dave Matthews Band, Coldplay, Phish, and David Bowie. He has released the following CDs: Words & Music, Grey's Christmas Memories, Anamnesis, Rock & Pop, Colours, Faded Colours, Faded Colours II, and these now out-of-print live recordings: Live at Pegasys, and Acoustic Grey. He is currently working on his latest album, Ice World.
Grey often works with Jason Harbour (guitars), Patrick Costello (percussion), Mike Harbour (synth and drums), Kevin Bunch (bass), and Steve Harwood (piano). Grey records at his Grey Havens Studios in Enid, Oklahoma.
Grey began writing songs in 1981 while still a high school student. He played in the band Elixir that opened for Ritchie Havens at the Myriad in 1983. He later played in the Blithering Idiots while stationed in Germany in the late 80's, early 90's. In the early 1990s, he sung vocals for the French band, Milo. "Doc" Mirouse of Milo was essential to the original 1993 recordings of Colours, which Grey re-recorded in 2004. "

Recently a lot of people have been requesting and uploading new albums on this community. Albums that are under a year old are not allowed to be uploaded and posted on this community. I know that not everyone has the time to read through a list of rules whenever they please, and so I'm taking the time to explain formally (once again).
Albums that are under a year old are not to be requested or uploaded in this community. For a list of albums released in 2008 head over here and here for 2007 (use CTRL+F to search your album title). If you're still uncertain, it only takes a quick look on amazon.com or at the date it says on the sleeve of the CD. Recent single songs are permitted.
If you do make a mistake and post a new album without realising it, there is no need to be rude or obnoxious. I will warn you politely, ask you to remove the link, and the matter will be done. The thing is, I really don't want to have to nanny every post here (which is why posts don't have to be checked by mods), so it would really really help if you could be responsible for this yourself.
However, if you continue to upload new albums, you will be blocked.
I'd also like you all to double-check any posts you have made recently for albums that are under a year old.
Hopefully this is all clear with everyone now.
Albums are a privilege. Abuse it, and it will be taken away.

Phantom of the Opera Covers. (Guess who spent all weekend watching musicals?) Hn. I always loved POTO, but I loved all the covers that is available out there. My favorite is Iron Maiden's live verison. (I have those for download but they are in acc format.) Anyone have any covers they want to share? Also, sorry for all the Sarah Brightman covers, as far as I'm concern it IS Sarah's song and she's the only female that I would want to hear sing it. Enjoyyyyy.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2008 was the 53rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, which was hosted by Serbia. The semi-finals were held on 20 May and 22 May, and the final was held on 24 May 2008 in the capital, Belgrade. The Belgrade Arena, venue for the Contest, is among the largest indoor arenas in Europe, with a total capacity of more than 20,000 seats. Serbia gained the right to host the Contest after Marija Šerifović won the 2007 Contest in Helsinki, Finland. Dima Bilan is a Russian pop artist of Karachay descent. Dima represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with Never Let You Go, finishing second. He was crowned the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest two years later, with the song Believe.
