For Members:
1. Comment on the entry you are taking a PSD from
2. Do not redistribute. If someone asks you how you made an icon, link them to the post with the PSD -- don't give them a copy
3. Credit the maker of the PSD in your resources and/or the graphics post that you used the PSD for at least once
4. Follow the rules of the PSD provider, in addition to these

For Posters:
1. Every post must contain at least one PSD
2. Try not to have broken links. Fix them if they are or your post will be deleted
3. Do not post a PSD made from someone else's tutorial or PSD
4. You are not allowed to upload your files to sendspace or any other host that will delete your files after a while. Please upload your files to a host that wont delete your psds!
5. If your post contains only 1 psd then you don't have to put it under a cut
6. Please do not use large previews, use either small previews or icon previews
7. Please don't use difficult coding to make your entry fancy, just stick to basic HTML
8. Please put your examples under a cut!

10. You are also not allowed to withhold links for psds
11. No linking to your community for the psd download, UNLESS the psd(s) posted at your community are already not password protected and if you didn't withhold the link(s)
