This is a stillness icontest for the artists currently under the PS Company and Indie PSC. labels.

RULES= No animated icons.
= All icons must fit LiveJournal's standards: 100x100 pixel and 40kb maximum.
= Each maker may submit three icons per challenge, unless otherwise noted.
= Your submissions must be new, made-by-you icons.
= Don't hate, celebrate! Or something else to the effect of: Don't bash other peoples' icons, and don't make icons that bash any of the artists, even if you don't like them. Poking fun is fine, of course.
= Do not post your icons anywhere before the voting is done. Do not solicit votes from your friends, and do not vote for yourself.
= Persistant violators of these rules will be banned (especially the three above).

Themes will include specific band/artist themes, instrumental themes (guitarists, bassists, etc.), textual prompts, one word/phrase themes, and whatever else I can come up with.

SCHEDULEA new challenge will be posted Sunday at midnight PST (GMT -800). The voting poll will be posted on Friday at midnight PST (GMT -800). However, entries will be accepted until the voting poll is posted, so even if it is it is Saturday, if the poll is not up, you can submit icons. Results will be posted on Sunday night, before the new challenge is posted.

VOTING
If there are ten or more icons, vote for your three favorite icons. If there are fewer than ten icons, vote for two. There will be reminders of how many icons to vote for at the top of each poll and the bottom of each voting post.

If there are three-way ties, I will post a second poll/voting post. Two-way ties are allowed, though. As far as places go, first, second, third and Mod's Choice will be awarded. If, however, the number of winners who place by votes is greater than (or would lead to a total greater than...) half of the number of icons, then Mod's Choice won't be given out.

And, if we should an amazing number of entries (which has happened!), an additional special category will be added, such as Best Coloring/Best Cropping/etc.
