The 20th, yesterday, an author submitted a kiosk permit request at the site for a Christopher/Lorelai/Luke story that is PG-13. However they neglected to give a name, e-mail, title, URL or summary and thus the permit request was deleted. If this is you, try again, and pay careful attention this time. Proud and Prejudiced has added this pairing as an option in the kiosk permits, however their suite needs a name, this is where you come in. Please vote for your favorite. View Answers The Harbor Suite - This room has a light and airy feel with a balcony overlooking the river. Perfect for morning coffee and snuggles with a loved one as the tall ships go by. 5 (11.9%) The Master and Commander Suite - Decorated in warm, rich hues this room features a nautical theme, with porthole style windows and rope accents. 4 (9.5%) The Life and Death Suite - This room can only be accessed by a secret entrance. It's our most private room and is very hush-hush. Located high in the inn it provides a spectacular view that almost makes you feel as though you are falling. 28 (66.7%) The Reception Suite - Reserve this room for those wedding guests that just can't make it home. However there are still a few kinks which I will address below. + We're having a form problem, as in it won't send. We're working on getting this resolved and will post an update here and on the site when it is working again. + The Proud and Prejudiced Fanfiction Awards are still down. This is because we're altering the layout in preparation for the next round, and posting winners! + We have resolved the issue with Black & White & Read. If you see advertisement where they are saying they are the only Gilmore Girls Fanfiction site that has multiple pairings and genres do the following: 1- Stop. Breathe. Relax. Don't snap. 2- Come here and let us know. We will alert the staff of Black & White & Read and the situation will be dealt with. This way there isn't going to be a huge war, which neither site wants. Anyway, go read some of your favorite fic, and keep an eye out for when the forms are fixed to submit some permits. [Post comment]

Black & White & Read [08 Mar 2005|07:01pm] filmobsessed137 [ mood | calm ] It has come to our attention at P&P that there is another site out there, a new site, that archives all manner of Gilmore Girls fanfiction, called Black & White & Read. This site has been billing itself as the only place to find good Gilmore Girls Fanfiction of all pairings, genres and ratings. This is simply untrue. While P&P may still be in the process of moving we are much closer to reopening and expect it to be done this week as early as Wednesday. While we like the idea of another archive out there, because lets face it, there is a lot of fic, we do not agree with their manner of advertisement. An e-mail has been sent to the administration and we hope to resolve this soon so that we can all return to the happy fandom we know and love. I just wanted to post this to alert the staff members, and our loyal fans, that this is being dealt with. If you see advertising for this site claiming it as the only Gilmore Girls Fanfiction archive for multiple genres and it looks as though it has not been responded to, please let us know by commenting on this post.
