About Proud:

Welcome to Proud to be... me - a Queer as Folk role play game.

After our board-based site crashed, we decided to move into LJ ("us" being

del_rion and

nikki6). For a while this has been a private game for the two of us, but we gladly take in new people who want to join!

Just a few rules/guidelines etc.

Players must be 18 years of old, and their birth year must be visible in their profile.

Players do not have to register another account to play - just use an userpic that fits your character (as in, if you play Emmett, you use an userpic about Emmett).

This site contains slash. You must be tolerative of male/male (and female/female) relationships - sexual and otherwise.

No flaming, rudeness, or other that sort of stuff. If you have disagreements, contact the mods. Also, as we are all grown-ups, we should be able to talk about matters like civilized people.

God-modding is a bad thing when unwanted. If

del_rion and

nikki6 do it, it doesn't mean everyone else should. Talk with the person you're playing with, and find a common ground!

About titles:

Name OOC posts and RPG posts accordingly.
e.g. OOC: graphics | userpics [OOC: see-ooc-tags | possible-other-title]
e.g. Name of the game #13 (Brian) [Thread name #post number (player's name)]

About tags:

ooc: advertising - advertisement of other sites
ooc: graphics - art, graphics
ooc: listing - listings including threads in order, player profiles, and other important stuff
ooc: mod post - moderator posts - usually something important
ooc: player profile - player profiles old and new
ooc: plotting - plotting and planning
ooc: random - random business that doesn't fall to any other category
ooc: sidelines - official advertising and background of the game collected under this title

Tag posts correctly so they are found more easily. With RPG-posts, tag them with the title of the thread (but do not add the number of the post!).
