| About: | In Greek and Roman mythology, Elysium (Ἠλύσια πεδία) was part of the Underworld (the spelling "Elysium" is a Latinization of the Greek word "Elysion"). The Elysian fields were the final resting place of heroic and virtuous souls. We're working to create a space that will serve as a) a directory for literature, film, music, and other media that strike a certain chord with the eternal/profound and b) a center for discussion.
